Remember Poem by April Lund Remember
the day that we first met
In the year so long ago
Remember the times that we shared
Though some may be rough
Remember the words we often spoke
When no one was around
Remember the secrets we told
And the laughs that we shared
Remember all the summer nights
When we just hung around
Remember school days
When homework really sucked
Remember those days
When snow fell all around
Remember the days at the lake
When we just about drowned
Remember times we both cried
And lent our shoulder to cry on
Remember all these times
And never forget them, ever
But also when you remember these
Remember to remember me.
