"PEACE OF MIND"
Poem by Robert M Hensel
Carry me out the ocean, where my drifting
thoughts flow free.
Guide them to a far distant land, that only
the mind can see.
There I shall paint a great portrait, of what
this world should be.
A place without senseless wars, and human
poverty.

"You Daddy"
NonFiction By Jennifer Salinas
When we have a question
you daddy are the one.
Anything we have to ask
you daddy
are the one that listens without a question.
Anything that my sister or I need
you daddy
are the one who will sacrifice for our needs.
When we have a bad dream
you daddy
are the one that tells us it'll be alright.
When either of us fall down
you daddy
are the one who comes running with your arms held out.
When we felt sad or scared
its your arms daddy
that holds us so close and tight
showing us the love all through the night.
