SALVATION
By: Ryan Wallenberg Within my heavy heart there lies a pain. A lasting throe that cleans my crime and sin, Somber I walk with passion wrapped in shame; New hope from Abba, will soon rise again. Hard times shall come and push my hope asunder. How can it be when standing with my God? The devil lurks observing every blunder The sins of shame, my prayers will take abroad. The gift of grace, which is pure white as driven snow; Renews my life and will enrich my soul. I’m living life with God, in him I’ll grow. He’ll take me empty, filling life brim full. A gift from God, let voices reach the sky. A praise to God, his name I lift on high!
